3lbs sweet potatoes or yams – baked, peeled & mashed
½ cup toasted pine nuts
½ cup of PEPPADEW® peppers, diced/chopped finely (with some brine)
½ stick of butter
½ tsp. salt
Whip all ingredients together and place in a pyrex pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and fluffy.
