1 cup pitted green olives, drained well
1 tbsp capers, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice or to taste
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Throw all into processor and whizz into paste.
To stuff Peppadews:
Fill each PEPPADEW® half way with tapenade and top with a bocconcini mini ball or cube of goat cheese. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
