Peppadew® Peppers Recipe

PEPPADEW® Saucy Secrets Recipe


5 yellow or red peppers, seeded and cut into batons
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
12 PEPPADEW® Peppers, halved
150ml tomato passata
1 onion, sliced into half moons
6 oil cured black olives, pitted and halved
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
handful of basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion and garlic. Season well and sauté for 8 mins until golden. Add the peppers and sauté for 5 mins. Pour in the vinegar and tomato passata and simmer for 25 mins. Remove from the heat and add the basil leaves, PEPPADEW® Peppers and olives.
