240g of Salmon (roughly 2 small steaks)
Sea salt and cracked pepper
Half a jar of PEPPADEW® peppers
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
10-14 mushrooms depending on size
10 kebob skewers
1 red onion
Note: Soak the skewers in water prior to use so that they will not burn on the grill.
Take the fresh Salmon and chop it into chunks. Put the salmon into a bowl, add salt and pepper, olive oil and mix all together. Chop up the onion and separate layers ready to go on Kebob sticks. Take the mushrooms, wash them and chop them into halves if necessary. Lastly, take the half jar of PEPPADEW® peppers and drain. Thread the skewers with salmon, a piece of onion, a mushroom and a PEPPADEW® and repeat the process until all of the ingredients are used. Then Grill and enjoy!
