Peppadew® Peppers Recipe

PEPPADEW® Raisin Salsa Recipe


1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
6 PEPPADEW® peppers, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
2 tsp. salt

Additional Info

Combine pumpkin seeds, raisins, almonds, olive oil, garlic and lemon zest in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until the garlic cloves are light brown and have softened and the raisins begin to puff. Add the PEPPADEW® peppers, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Transfer mixture to a food processor and process until smooth. Add the lemon juice, herbs and seasoning and pulse until smooth.
