1 lb. Double Cream Brie
1 Cup PEPPADEW® Peppers
3 Medium HAAS Avocados, Mashed
1 Pain Francaise or any crusty long French bread
1 Red Onion, Diced
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
Slice Bread Lengthwise. Layer 1/3”slices of Brie on one side. Spread Avocado on top of Brie.
Season with Salt and Pepper. Add Red Onion Layer. Top with PEPPADEW®.
