PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe

Tartine Recipe with PEPPADEW® Peppers


1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs. Minced PEPPADEW® peppers
2 Tbs Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 to 3 Tbs prepared Horseradish
6 to 8 small radishes, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
8oz Smoked Trout or Smoked Keta Salmon, crumbled
2 Tbs. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley as garnish
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Additional Info

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and 2 Tbs. horseradish in a medium bowl. Gently fold in the Trout or Keta Salmon, eggs, and PEPPADEW® peppers. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and additional horseradish. Serve on toasted rye or multigrain bread as a sandwich. Garnish with radish slices and parsley or serve as a dip with crackers and radishes to add on top.
