PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe

PEPPADEW® Salad Dressing Recipe


2 pasteurized egg yolks (See note below)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup water
1 tablespoon oregano
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cups oil
½ cup corn syrup
½ cup chopped PEPPADEW® peppers

  • Makes 40 servings


In a food processor or blender, combine the egg yolk, water, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, syrup, garlic, oregano, Italian Seasoning and salt. Blend well. Slowly add the oil while blending. Add the PEPPADEW® peppers and pulse briefly. Check seasoning and adjust as needed.
