9 PEPPADEW® peppers, drained
225g cooked chickpeas, drained (reserve any liquid for later use) *
5 tbsp chickpea water (or water)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp light tahini *
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until desired consistency (use the pulse function if you want a chunkier hummus). Can be served at room temperature or chilled. Serve with vegetable sticks (carrots/cucumber/celery, etc), bread sticks, crackers , rice cakes , baked potatoes or warmed whole meal pita breads.
