1 pkg of whole grain naan bread
½ cup roasted garlic hummus
½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered and divided
½ cup PEPPADEW® peppers sliced in thick rings divided
6 leaves of fresh Basil torn into pieces, divided
fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp virgin olive oil, divided
Preheat grill on medium for 10 minutes. Spread each naan with ¼ cup roasted garlic hummus, ¼ cup tomatoes, ¼ cup PEPPADEW® peppers, and 3 fresh basil leaves, season to taste with pepper. Drizzle each with 1 tbsp Oil. Place on grill. Close lid. Cook 2-4 min. until crust begins to brown around edges.
