PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe

Feta and Mint Dip Recipe with PEPPADEW® Peppers


½ of the 14oz jar of PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Whole drained
3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 clove chopped garlic
Juice of ½ lemon
4 oz Feta Cheese, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
4oz cream cheese, cut into 1 inch chunks
Salt & pepper
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

Additional Info

Place PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers and garlic in food processor, pulse until peppers are chopped fine. Add remaining ingredients, pulse until combined, salt and pepper to taste. Place cheese mixture into a bowl and put in fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Garnish with fresh mint on top. Enjoy!
