PEPPADEW® and Feta Hummus Recipe


400g chickpeas
6 Whole Mild PEPPADEW® Peppers
100g feta cheese
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
Chickpea water to loosen the hummus

Additional Info

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz. Pour in some chickpea water a bit at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy!
