PEPPADEW® Cheese Spread Recipe


1 8 oz. bag “Mexican Style” thinly shredded cheese (cheddar and jack)
10 PEPPADEW® Peppers, chopped small
1 cup Extra sharp cheddar, thinly shredded
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup Mayo
1/4 tsp. Cracked black pepper
1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. Spicy Red Pepper Jelly (Suggest Habanera Jelly)
1 tsp. Honey
1 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

Additional Info

In a large bowl, mix shredded cheeses and mayonnaise with a small spatula or large spoon until incorporated. Add cream cheese and mix well until incorporated–smearing is a good method to get this mixed in! Add pepper jelly, PEPPADEW® peppers, Salt and Pepper, garlic powder, and honey, and mix until evenly distributed. Enjoy this spicy-savory-sweet spread with crackers, on a burger, in a sandwich, or however you’d like!
