8oz Cream Cheese
Pinch of Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. PEPPADEW® SPLASH (or other splash on sauce of choice)
1/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Onion
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
2 Tbsp PEPPADEW® peppers finely chopped (add more if desired)
Put all ingredients except nuts into a bowl or food processor and pulse until well blended.
Chop nuts a bit finer and toast.
Roll Cheese mixture into log.
Chill in plastic wrap for at least two hours.
Roll in toasted nuts.
Serve with Baguette Slices or on crackers.
