1 medium Papaya, finely chopped
Pinch of salt
10 Peppadew ® peppers finely chopped
120ml white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
90g brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a small heavy pan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the chutney is thick and flavorful. Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Serve with grilled or sautéed game meat, beef or venison. Garnish with cilantro.
