1 orange – peeled and sliced
Several PEPPADEW® peppers, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp Toasted Almonds
1 Spring Onion, chopped
Orange and Lime juice to drizzle
Olive Oil to drizzle
Sea Salt and black pepper to taste
Slice a little off the top and bottom of the orange, and trim away the skin and pith. Cut into segments, slicing off the membranes as well. Arrange mixed baby leaves salad on a serving dish. Add orange segments, chopped spring onion, PEPPADEW® peppers and almonds. Mix all ingredients together.
Use this salad as a base. Serve a grilled or crusted piece of fish or chicken on top of salad bed.
