4 thick slices ham
4 thick slices gruyere or swiss cheese
4 thick slices sourdough or country bread
Quarter head white cabbage
1 small onion thinly sliced
10 PEPPADEW® peppers, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp castor sugar
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preheat your oven broiler. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, parsley, and some seasoning. Mix and then add the cabbage, onion, and PEPPADEW® peppers. Mix together and set aside.
On a baking sheet, place 4 slices of bread. Toast for 1 minute under the broiler then add the ham and cheese. Grill for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove and serve with a good dollop of the coleslaw spooned over. Enjoy!
