Goat Cheese and Pistachio Stuffed PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe


1 jar of Whole Mild PEPPADEW® Peppers, drained
Softened Goat Cheese
Softened Cream Cheese
Finely ground Pistachio Nuts
Finely Grated Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice to taste

Additional Info

Make a filling by combining soft goats’ cheese and a little softened cream cheese with ground or finely chopped pistachios and finely grated lemon zest and juice to taste.

Put mixture in a small, sealable plastic bag, cut a corner off the bag to form a small hole and pipe mixture into the PEPPADEW® peppers.
