Goat Cheese and Bacon Grilled Cheese with PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe


4 slices bread
5 ounces goat cheese
4 slices provolone cheese
1 cup PEPPADEW® peppers, roughly chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 tablespoons butter

  • Serves 2


Slather all slices of bread with goat cheese. Layer chopped PEPPADEW® peppers on top two pieces, followed by provolone, and then bacon. Cover with top piece of bread. Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on top and bottom of bread. Cook in a non-stick skillet over a medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.
