PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe

Fettuccine With Bacon And Sun-Dried Tomato PEPPADEW® Cream Sauce Recipe


10 strips of bacon, cut into thin strips
7 oz PEPPADEW® peppers, chopped
1 (6.5 oz) container sun-dried tomato pesto
300ml heavy cream
1 pound fettuccine
Parmesan to serve

  • Serves 6


Place bacon in a large skillet and cook until very crisp. Remove and set aside. Place the pesto into the skillet and cook until heated through. Add the PEPPADEW® peppers and cream and cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
