PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe

Farfalle Salad Recipe with PEPPADEW® Peppers


½ lb. Farfalle (Bow Tie Pasta)
½ cup mayonnaise
4-5 large PEPPADEW® peppers, chopped* ~1/4 cup reserved PEPPADEW®  peppers Juice
½ cup sour cream
1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced
2 -3Tbsp. grain mustard
½ cup chopped and seeded cucumber
salt and pepper to taste
2 -3Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
½ pint grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Cook Farfalle according to package directions, Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. Toss in reserved PEPPADEW® peppers juice; set aside. In large bowl, combine the PEPPADEW® peppers, celery, onion, cucumber, chopped parsley. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Add to over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Add tomatoes and gently combine.

Try This

Cream dressing can be substituted with a light vinaigrette
