Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed PEPPADEW® Peppers Recipe


25-30 jarred PEPPADEW® Whole Peppers
6 oz soft cream cheese room temperature
1 small clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

  • Serves 4


In a bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic and parsley, stirring until evenly incorporated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Using, a piping bag, Fill each pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours; let come to room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
