Chicken PEPPADEW® Cigars Recipe


45 ml (3 tbsp) Lemon oil
45 ml (3 tbsp) Lemon oil
4 PEPPADEW® Peppers, finely chopped
45 ml (4 tbsp) Chopped fresh cilantro
Dry white wine
115 g (4 oz) Skinless chicken breast
Salt and Pepper
15 ml (1 tbsp) Olive oil, plus extra for brushing pastries
1 Packet filo pastry, thawed if frozen
45 ml (4 tbsp) Finely chopped onion or spring onion
Sweet chilli sauce for dipping
1 Stick lemon grass finely sliced

In a sauce pan heat the coconut oil and sauté the onions
Add the mushrooms, garlic and parsley and fry on a high heat until mushrooms are browned
Add the butternut spaghetti and PEPPADEW® Green Pepper and Garlic pasta sauce
Allow to cook for 2 minutes; then add the cream and Parmesan
Serve immediately
