Sweet Piquanté Pepper Dip

 

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 12 1/2 oz PEPPADEW™ Sweet Piquanté Peppers
  • 3 avocado pears (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp PEPPADEW™ Splash-on Sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp onion juice
  • 2 pinches of paprika
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp Aromat

Instructions for Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, except the spring onion.
  2. Puree until thick and creamy.
  3. Garnish with spring onion.
